Seller was helpful and communicative, but unfortunately I couldn't wait for the full process to conclude, (send CAD of rings, handmake the rings, receive more pictures, ship the rings and wait another 10 days for arrival, so I requested the sale be canceled and the seller was very nice and refunded my payment in full.
