Item as described. Should have done my research. Item was drop shipped from Amazon where it was $5 cheaper if I bought it there myself . Was sent an Ontrack tracking # to hide the fact it was coming from Amazon. I guess this would work out for the buyer is they don’t have an Amazon Prime membership.
Unfortunately, my package was lost with the courier. However, the level of customer service they provided was exceptional. They helped understand where the problem was and even offered to resend the product. Unfortunately, im leaving for an extended period now and wont be here to accept.
