Using the sound meter on my phone, the horn only produces 85 to 88 dB. This is connected to the battery of my car. The horn I received was marked "H" indicating it is the high tone of a pair. It is NOT A TRAIN HORN in the US. Maybe in China... Quality of the product is OK. The body is metal but the trumpet is plastic.
Bargin price and quick ship, I don't believe their Db loudness rating compared to a firetruck 100Db rating. This horn is about 1/2 as loud. For sure worth the $$$$
It arrived on time and in perfect shape. This horn came in High tone model, which is a great sound, as expected. Good deal.
