When I ordered my ac compressor and it arrived with a broken bracket, I let the company know, and ask for help, because at this point, I'd been without ac for a few weeks. And in Tx, it's been steadily getting close to 90 nearly every day. They basically said no problem. We will send you another, which they did. And hallelujah! It wasn't broken. Going to be installing it in a few hours. Thank you to this company.
Professionally Handled I did get upset because was missing part due to packaging but they did send replacement quickly I appologize again as the matter was handled very well and ended up purchasing parts even though i bought another set from another seller will maybe use in future Thanks again for the professionalism Joe!
