The shipper was excellent, the package got here quick and was tightly package. The tree was in good condition and looked exactly like the pictures. It seems well made and putting it together was relatively easy. Unfortunately the cats ignore the tree and love the box it was shipped in. I decided to keep the tree and make some modifications to the tree that make it more appealing to the dudes.
