Received the item and it was broken. It was shipped in a bag and the item was very fragile. The wing on the dragon had broken off, but instead of returning it we were able to glue it. I do not intend to resell so I was OK with glueing it back on. I did contact the seller and made them aware that they must put the item in a box to protect it.
I'm very happy with my order. Shipping was much quicker than I expected. The package was packaged very well so my ears wouldn't get bent during shipping. Product was as described and came in great condition. Also feel that the price was very reasonable as well. Definitely would use this shop again for future orders!
