Seller very good. US postal Service not so good. Received item and noticed box was bent and kinked. Upon opening box found the item broken due to being bent and kinked in shipping by USPS. Seller sent a replacement and went to Post Office to pick it up. This box was bent and kinked in two places. Opened box and found item was bent in two places but not broken. Was able to use heat gun and get it straightened out to the point of being usable. Not the best situation but can live with it.
This seller exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The shipment made it to TN in 2-3 days and the product was as described and ready to go. I choose this shop each time for both of my Mercedes, and have never had the first issue with any of the products ordered. I have sent back Mercedes OEM before from other shops, but never had to from these guys. 10/10 and I highly recommend because they are also super friendly and make it easy.
The item came very fast, great packaging condition, well protected, and good quality. The appearance was as described, and good value for overall product. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong item, but seller was 100% full help, fast and efficient. I got my refund shortly after sorting things out.
