We haven't seen the seat covers yet, since they don't ship to Alaska, but their communication has been great. The box was delivered quickly to our family in California. We are excited to see them and install the seat covers when they bring them up here on their next trip in a few weeks. But their website, communication and shipping have been great. Grate job part was cleaned (blasted) bagged bubble wrapped and boxed nicely. It was shipped in a reasonable time frame by seller thanks guys. Now the the shipping process that was just very disappointing the part was tracked in two systems. Both did not respond to feedback and they treated the package so poorly , that the box was torn open and the part was broken. EBay needs to take some responsibility to challenge sub standards shipping providers. Sell or buyer have no show
