The item was shipped with aquiline which is Amazon. Amazon claimed they delivered it but it didn't get in one of the lockers due to a driver error. I submitted a claim and the seller responded fairly well. A day after Christmas Amazon / aqualine did finally get it in the correct locker so I did get it and I release the claim on it. I didn't give a great rating but I didn't give a bad rating concerning the circumstances. The item was just as advertised and arrived safely eventually
