  1. Although the price was acceptable, the cup lids came damaged (but still usable). Not an issue with the shipper. The exterior box was fine. Also, the (3) tabs on the cups (that actually make the NutriBullet work) are flimsy and most likely will break after limited use. Reason for ordering the new cups was the tabs on the original one broke off in use, so the switch could not be activated by pushing down on the cup - poor design.
