  1. I received a different item than what is shown in the picture. Siemens newer products have dark grey plastic, while the older style components have a light grey plastic. The light grey plastic was shown in the picture BUT the seller shipped a dark grey one. It is technically the same part number, but i am frustrated that the item I received was not what what I thought I was ordering. Because of this inaccuracy I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

  3. Took a while to get the fan but it finally showed up and I got refunded because it took so long to ship it but I decided to keep the fan anyway rather than send it back and bought another one but ask them not to ship it so we would be even on the deal.
