The piece arrived a little early which was nice. It was Cinderella's castle. Unfortunately, it was listed as new in the ad, but it arrived with a broken spire and one light not working and two flags missing. The packing appeared to be adequate, but possible product was broken be it was repacked for shipping. Also the other spires are bent over. Just waiting for them to break. In all fairness, I'm not sure that the seller knew about this. Product not as described and a poor value for the large $$
