These are lovely shoes in excellent condition and they arrived super fast. They were packaged securely, perhaps a little too securely because it took me forever to get down to the shoes. I did not need to communicate with the seller but I imagine she/he would be professional based on how efficiently everything else was done. I will gladly deal with this seller again.
