FEBRUARY 24 - HOCKEY FINALS - 11:00, Olympic Center Field House, United States vs Finland, 4 - 2 win. This game was sold out, ABC had the television rights that extended to 12 midnight. Journalist received this ticket voucher to the Olympic Center Field House to cover this game. ABC-TV owned the rights to the broadcast and after 12 midnight of that day other news media outlets could then televise parts of the final game that ended up being called the "Mircale on Ice".
