Lone pedestrian climbs over deep snow drift past abandoned auto on Broad Street, Philadelphia's main thoroughfare, as huge blizzard-like storm swept the Eastern seaboard today. With temperatures in the teens Philadelphia had more than 10 inches of snow on the ground being whipped into drifts by winds of over 30 miles an hour with gusts to 49 miles an hour. In background tower of City Hall is faintly visible through blowing snow. Photo measures 10.25 x 7.5 inches. Photo is dated 1-30-1966.
