I've given positive feedback, but I wish there options between positive and neutral. I did receive a working computer that generally conforms to the sellers listing, but it only has half the RAM advertised and has on older operating system than described. Seller offered apologies but nothing else. Seller explained it was due to inadvertence, and I accept that. But computers are all about the specs, and I didn't receive what I bargained for. Not happy.

Item was fairly priced and arrived in the advertised condition and was packaged adequately to keep it protected during transit. Seller was extremely communicative and responsive. I have already purchased other items from them and would happily buy more. Highly recommend working with this seller!
