Quality is Parker -as far as I can tell or it's a really good knock-off. Packaging states: for sale only in India!! Don't know why it wasn't suppose to be sold in the U.S.A.? Order-to-delivery in 17-days, Well packaged, good eBayer four-stars, Would buy from again!
This item was lost by the post office, probably due to being wrapped separately on the same tracking number with the other item, but the seller has promised to send another, and got back to me quickly with communication.
