  2. I did not like the doll. It was not like the photo. It looked like a cheap copy. In fairness I like perfection. Did not have the same colour eyes or the bushy black eyebrows. Communication was brilliant. I was asked what clothes I prefer with the doll. They were happy to give me my refund back in full and straight away. Their email response’s were so quick too. I would do business with them again in the future.

  3. I almost cancelled this order several times. Each time the seller took my concerns seriously and answered promptly. The shipping time was very, very long. It took over a month to get to me. It took the seller over ten days to ship it. But the doll was worth the wait. It is definitely the best looking doll in my collection. His body is well made with quality material. It looks exactly like the picture.
