Quality seems fine. Condition, is new. Value, was NOT cheap, and and I am not blaming the seller for this, but DOES NOT fit ALL 1/12 scale 6" figures. Will NOT fit my WWE Sting figure, that this was purchased for, so the coat is useless to me. The coat is just too small, and seems like it would fit either super thin figure, or possibly a 1/18 scale figure, like a Star Wars figure. Anyway... If your figure is really thin, it may possibly work. Do not buy for Mattel or AEW wrestling figures.
