Nothing to describe it in a bad way overall. Comes with a mesh top you can slide on or off Medley treats have been used maybe once. Brand new. Bought at Petsmart. Filled to the top Rock Accessory: Cleaned throughly and looks as if it was just bought. OVERALL: Everything is pretty much brand new with little use.
